Yes. EcoShine Specialised Cleaning is a registered NDIS provider, and our services fall under two key NDIS support categories:
● Personal Mobility Equipment (0105) – for assistive technology cleaning; and
● Assistance with Daily Life/Household Tasks (0120) – for vehicle hygiene services (when used by NDIS participants).
Our services are compliant with the NDIS Practice Standards and fully claimable for eligible participants.
It depends on how frequently the equipment is used, your personal health needs, and your living environment. As a general guide:
● Heavy daily use or shared use: every 1–2 weeks;
● Standard daily use: every 2–4 weeks; and
● Occasional use or after exposure to infection risk: as needed.
We also offer regular cleaning schedules to make maintenance effortless.
Under the NDIS, supports must be considered “reasonable and necessary” and directly related to your disability. Vehicle cleaning may be funded through your plan where your disability makes it significantly difficult or unsafe for you to maintain your vehicle independently, particularly if the vehicle is essential for daily living, transport, or mobility access.
We provide internal and external cleaning for vehicles used to transport NDIS participants—including modified or accessible vehicles. This involves sanitising hightouch points, deodorising, and safely removing allergens or contaminants.
This service may be covered under your plan if it supports your health, hygiene, or daily access needs.
Absolutely. We regularly work with support coordinators, SIL house managers, plan managers, and allied health professionals. Services can be arranged on behalf of participants, and we’re happy to help with documentation and scheduling.
